What areas do you serve?
We clean homes and offices throughout the western Chicago suburbs in DuPage and Cook counties, including Lombard, Elmhurst, Wheaton, Naperville and Schaumburg. See the full list of towns we serve. Don’t see yours? Ask us — we may still be able to help.
What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer recurring cleanings (daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), one-time and occasional cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, after-party cleanings and post-construction cleanings. Visit our Services page for the details.
Do you clean offices and storefronts?
Yes, we do! We clean offices, storefronts and other commercial spaces. Request a free estimate to get started.
How much will it cost?
Pricing depends on several factors, including the size of your home, the type of cleaning and the level of cleaning needed. Because every home is different, we visit in person and give you a free, no-obligation estimate. Request your free estimate.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Our onsite estimates are always free and come with no obligation. Fill out our estimate form and we’ll reach out to schedule a visit.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes. Let us know what you need and we’ll be happy to help.
Who provides the cleaning supplies?
You’re welcome to provide your own supplies, or we can bring ours for an additional $15 per cleaning.
Before we arrive
Do I need to prepare my home before the cleaners arrive?
Yes. Please make sure the surfaces and areas you’d like cleaned are accessible and free of clutter.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. If you won’t be home, please make sure we have a way into the property, including any codes we’ll need, and that your pets are secured in a safe area away from our cleaners.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, we do! During the cleaning, please keep your pets in an area where they are safe and won’t come into contact with our cleaners.

Who will be cleaning my home?
Your home will be cleaned by one of our experienced, trained technicians.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes. If your regular cleaner isn’t available, we’ll let you know in advance and give you the choice of rescheduling or having a different cleaner come to your home.
Am I expected to tip my cleaner?
No. Tips are never expected, but they are always welcome for exceptional service. You can give a tip directly to your cleaner, and 100% of it goes to them.
Scheduling & follow-up
How do I reschedule or change an upcoming cleaning?
Call or text us at (630) 634-8095, or email info@cleantimeinc.com, with at least one business day’s notice. We review messages starting at 8am each business day. Late cancellations, for any reason, are charged 100% of the regular cleaning fee.
What if an area is missed, or I have feedback about my cleaning?
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos so we can address it.
What if something is damaged during a cleaning?
We take every care to protect your home and belongings, and we are fully bonded and insured in the unlikely event that something is damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos so we can work with you to resolve it.
